I think it is safe to say, “We all have bad habits”. I also think it is safe to say, “We try our darnedest to shake these bad habits”, usually in the midst of doing that bad habit. So why not harness some ways to break bad habits, the mindful way? It costs you nothing, well except for “paying” attention ;).
You know, we are all human and we make mistakes. Sometimes when we make mistakes, it makes us wiser. So why not take our mistakes and work through them to empower ourselves and others…using our minds.
